The "Centre of Excellence (CoE) for High Tech and Digital Skills in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa" is a state-of-the-art training facility established at the Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), Peshawar, in collaboration with the British Council and the European Union. The CoE is designed to provide women across KP with access to quality technical and vocational education, empowering them with globally recognized skills in emerging digital and high-tech fields.

The European Union (EU) has been supporting Pakistan’s TVET sector through the TVET Sector Support Programme (TVET SSP) since 2011. After successfully completing three phases, the fourth phase of the programme (EU TVET-IV) has commenced, implemented by the British Council and GIZ. The British Council is leading Component 4, which focuses on the following two outputs:
